1. Which pricing plan is right for me?Our BASIC plan is an online tutorial consisting of 4 pre-recorded sessions that will guide you through the application process – step by step, at your own pace. It is a great reference tool for prospective students applying autonomously who are self-starters and have a fair understanding of the application process. Our ADVANCED plan is great for those who want to be surrounded by like-minded individuals and become part of an online community while being guided through the application process by our mentors. If you truly enjoy group experiences and exchanging information and tips with others – this is a perfect space for you. Our EXCLUSIVE plan is a unique chance to connect with our mentors on a one-to-one basis, receive personalized 360° application support, and get answers to all your questions about studying and living in Sweden. 2. How does your pricing work and what payment methods do you accept?All our plans and products are accessible through a one-time payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, UnionPay, and PayPal. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please contact us for payment details.

3. Where is EduConsult Sweden located and how do I get access to coaching sessions?EduConsult Sweden is a fully digital educational consultancy. You can get access to all our products and services wherever you are – from the comfort of your own home. All our coaching sessions take place via Zoom video conference.

4. How much does it cost to study in Sweden?Tuition fees Education in Sweden is free for all EU/EEU citizens. For citizens of countries that are outside of the EU/EEU, the average tuition fee is about SEK129.000 (approx. €11.900 or $12.100) per academic year. Yearly tuition fees could be as low as SEK80.000 (approx. €7.400 or $7.500), or as high as SEK295.000 (approx. €27.300 or $27.700). How much you will need to pay in tuition depends on the university and the programme. What scholarships are available for international students to support my studies in Sweden?For students who require to pay tuition fees to study in Sweden, the Swedish government has allocated resources for two types of scholarships. Funding is awarded on a competitive basis by the Swedish Institute and individual universities. Swedish Institute Scholarships Swedish Institute Scholarship for Global Professionals (SISGP) is available for international students with demonstrated work experience and leadership skills from the following countries: Armenia; Azerbaijan; Bangladesh; Bolivia; Belarus; Brazil; Cambodia; Cameroon; Colombia; Ecuador; Egypt; Ethiopia; Gambia; Georgia; Ghana; Guatemala; Honduras; Indonesia; Jordan; Kenya; Liberia; Malawi; Moldova; Morocco; Myanmar (Burma); Nepal; Nigeria; Pakistan; Peru; Philippines; Rwanda; South Africa; Sri Lanka; Sudan; Tanzania; Tunisia; Uganda; Ukraine; Vietnam; Zambia; Zimbabwe.* *As a precautionary measure, SI has decided to pause the scholarship offer for Russian nationals applying for the SI Scholarship for Global Professionals. A reassessment will be made for the subsequent selection process in 2024/2025. The scholarship is intended for full-time one-year or two-year Master’s programmes and is only awarded for courses starting in the autumn semester. The tuition fee will be paid directly to the Swedish universities at the beginning of each semester. The stipend for living expenses is paid monthly during the scholarship period. The scholarship includes: Full tuition fee coverage. The fee is paid directly by SI to your Swedish university in the beginning of each semester. A monthly payment of SEK 11,000 to cover your living expenses throughout the study period. Insurance against illness and accident. Travel Grant. This is a one-time payment and does not apply for students already living in Sweden. For scholars from Bangladesh, Bolivia; Brazil, Cambodia, Cameroon, Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Guatemala, Honduras, Indonesia, Jordan, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Morocco, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Rwanda, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Uganda, Vietnam, Zambia or Zimbabwe – the scholarship includes a travel grant of SEK 15,000 for the entire study period. For scholars from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine, the scholarship includes a travel grant of SEK 11,000 for the entire study period. Membership of the SI Network for Future Global Professionals (NFGP) – a platform to help you grow professionally and build a network while in Sweden. After your scholarship period has ended, you become a member of the SI Alumni Network. As a member, you get a unique opportunity for continued networking and professional development. 8. When should I start preparing my application?A short answer to this would be – as soon as possible. If you are required to document your English language proficiency and already hold results of an internationally recognised test (see which test results are accepted by the Swedish Universities here), we recommend starting a few months before the application deadline. In case you still have to prepare and register for your language test, you will require significantly more time and will need to start planning your application well in advance.
